Images remain stored only on your device and are not uploaded or retained by us beyond the processing request. 2. Image and Face Data Handling If images you upload contain faces or other personal features, they are only used for drink identification. We do not extract, collect, or store any biometric or facial recognition data. The images are sent securely to OpenAI’s servers solely for the purpose of AI analysis and are not shared with any other third parties. 3.
